Live Well Bloom has teamed up with the talented Wicked Wholesome to create this interactive “Free-From” cooking workshop. Jayne will show you how to cook and bake while excluding or replacing foods that cause your intolerances (ie. dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, meat-free).
Learn how to make quick hummus, jams, and pesto from scratch, liven up your autumn breakfast with belly-warming baked porridge or 3-ingredient pancakes, create healthy snacks and versatile treats like nut&date powerballs, see how easy it is to produce a super filling and delicious vegetarian lunch, and a family-friendly free-from dinner. A recipe book will be provided to make your own customised notes to suit your needs.
This workshop is for anyone looking to implement a healthier lifestyle and diet, those with intolerances or those just looking for more inspiration in their food. Everyone is welcome!
