This class will be guided by James, providing you with the environment and techniques to find peace and relaxation both on and off the mat, by using a combination of movement and sound. This class begins with breath-work then flows into a gentle yoga practice, finally easing into a delicious savasana with guided meditation where crystal bowls will be played live to provide deeper relaxation.

Myself and my husband both adore attending Live Well Bloom classes. I recommend the Sound Baths to anyone who will listen!! I find them so invigorating! I have also brought 2 of my children for food intolerance testing with Ruth and the results allowed us to make the necessary changes to positively benefit both of them!
I can not rate Live Well Bloom high enough here, as 5 stars is just not enough! I have attended both Ruth and James Yoga classes and they are both wonderful and attentive teachers. Their Relaxation Yoga & Music Meditation class is incredible and I am recommending it to everyone! Ruth's soft voice will have your body melting and your mind soothing as you enter into a wonderful state of pure relaxation while James creates his wonderful music with his crystal bowls. An experience you will just have to experience for yourself! I also rate these two people as genuine, admirable and heart loving individuals who are sharing their talents and gifts to the world. I recently participated in a fabulous yoga class delivered by Ruth. I hadn’t taken a yoga class for about 15 years so was definitely ticking the beginner’s box! Her calm, inclusive approach to the class was fantastic as I really wasn’t familiar with the various positions and movements. Ruth was really welcoming and patient throughout the class which meant I never felt under pressure and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Both Ruth and James are clearly committed to their wonderful live, well, bloom lifestyle!
